YouTube Tuesday
This is not technically a YouTube video, but it is a MUST SEE. I love this sport. Since graduating from high school and leaving behind gymnastics, I have been in search of a new sport. I tried the running thing and the triathlon thing and even duathlons. I even considered indoor soccer, flag football and even softball. I just wanted to compete. My search is over. This is it! I've got my eye on the prize....2011 Crossfit Games.
