Let's go bananas!

I would just like to share my new favorite pre-workout snack. I stole this from Melisa, so she deserves some credit. Thank you Melisa! This is what I like to call an almond butter sandwich. It's pretty simple. You slice a banana in half, spread organic almond butter on each side, put them together and devour. YUMMY! It's just what I need to get me through my CATZ and Kettlebell workouts.
