This time last year as I prepared for the CrossFit Open (which begins today), I was scared shitless. I had no idea what I was doing or what I had gotten myself into. It was definitely a great learning experience...physically and mentally, and I loved every minute of it!
A year later and I'm a completely different athlete. Last year I struggled to get 105 lbs over my head several times. Now, 105 is considered a warm-up weight. I'm more then ready to take on the open. I'm actually excited...and not at all scared.
My Goal: Have fun with every workout. Give my ALL and leave nothing on the gym floor. HYDRATE AND MOBILIZE. Finish in the top 30. I may not be one of the biggest girls out there, but my HEART IS HUGE!
